Refund policy

Thank you for your purchase. Here at AstroVac we are confident that you will be happy with your purchase. However if you are not completely satisfied, you may return it to us for a refund or exchange.

To return an item, please email a return request to srw@astrovac.com.au.

Returns must be received within 28 days of original purchase. 

AstroVac will provide a refund or exchange for returned goods, provided they are in re-saleable condition and you have your original proof of purchase from AstroVac.

AstroVac advises that items returned to us are sent with a tracking service. AstroVac take no responsibility for items sent by yourself which are lost in transit if it does not have track and trace capabilites.  

We will make every effort to process items returned to AstroVac within 3 business days of receipt at our office. Refunds will be applied to the original payment method.

Please Note: Any refund applied to your credit card account may not appear on your credit card statement until a future billing cycle, depending upon your card issuer's procedures.

Change of Mind Returns

The cost of returning any product to AstroVac is your responsibility.  Freight charges are not refunded where an item is returned for a change-of-mind refund or exchange.

AstroVac reserves the right to charge a 15% restocking fee on change-of-mind returns at our discretion, to cover handling and administrative costs.

Faulty, Damaged or not as described Returns

If you have received damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped merchandise, these may be returned for refund or exchange with proof of purchase. 

In the event we have made a mistake, the item is not as described, or the product is faulty we will refund reasonable return freight costs.
